I mainly signed up for the Bonchon rewards and promo emails, it’s a bit hit or miss. The birthday offer was nice, and every now and then there’s a decent deal in the app, but I feel like the promos can be random. Sometimes I expect something to show up and it just doesn’t, which is annoying. I also had one reward that was confusing to use at checkout, so it took away from the whole point of having it. The food is still good, but the rewards program could definitely be clearer and more consistent.

Ordered bonchon last night and was impressed with how well everything was packed. The chicken box held up nicely and didn’t get soggy, the sauces were sealed tight, and nothing leaked in the bag. Even the fries were still decent, which doesn’t always happen with delivery. It just felt like they took a little care with the order, and that made it easy to enjoy. Simple thing, but really useful. I’d definitely order again...

I really like that they have wings, bowls, sliders, and sides all in one place. Compared to a lot of spots I usually go to, it’s way easier to switch things up here and try something different each time

I keep coming back mostly because of the soy garlic sauce. Compared to a lot of other places where the sauce is either too sweet or makes the chicken soggy, this one has a good balance. It’s sweet, a little savory, and actually sticks to the chicken nicely. The spicy flavor is solid too, with a real kick but not just heat for the sake of it. My order showed up fine, and the taste was pretty much exactly what I was craving.

I’m particular about food showing up hot, and this met my standard. It arrived nice and hot and stayed warm all through dinner, which I really appreciated. Loved it.

I ordered from bonchon.com the food got here really quick. It said it might take around 40 minutes, so I was expecting to wait a bit, but it came sooner than that. Everything was still hot too, which was really nice. Really happy with how fast the delivery was, really happy overall

The tables were clean and the floor looked good too. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the staff actually keeps up with the place instead of just doing a quick once-over.

The food tasted good, but they forgot my extra sauce and swapped out one of my sides without saying anything. It’s frustrating because the meal itself was fine, but stuff like that makes me lose trust in ordering from them again

The place felt cramped, and it was way too noisy to really relax or have a conversation over dinner. I wanted to enjoy the evening, but I left feeling more overwhelmed than satisfied.
